We hosted our first farm miso making event (MOM: Making Our Miso)! At the beautiful Vibrant Valley Farm on Sauvie Island, we made a big batch of OUR community miso together, ate amazing potluck food and created a sweet reason to get back together again in a year. We felt so lucky to share our culture and knowledge with this community of wonderful people.
今日は、壮大なファームで青空味噌づくり。 みんなでコネコネ、大量の味噌を作ったわけだけど、実は仕込んだのは味噌だけじゃなくて、「来年また集まって一緒に味噌を開けようね」って約束。美味しいみんなの持ち寄りランチと、素敵な友達と友達の友達とに囲まれて、幸せを堪能。（会場はインディゴファーマー・カラのファームだったので、先日徳島でいただいた「食べる藍」をおにぎりにふりかけてみました！）
