In Japanese cooking, MISO is such a magical ingredients, and people can use it even as a medicine, During this workshop, each participant will make 4lb. of miso to keep (with organic, non-GMO soy beans.) We provide a miso tasting session, a traditional meal with different miso dips and our original miso book with various recipes. You can bring homemade miso home with your belly filled wit yummy food. How cool is that?! Come join us!
