Miso Making Workshops 

味噌つくり

At the miso making workshops with LIFE sampling, the participants can learn how to make traditional Japanese miso, using non-GMO organic soybeans and fresh Koji starter made by the local miso maker Jorinji Miso (jorinjisoybeam.com). In the class, they can learn about miso making, taste different types/aged miso, learn how to make miso soups and dips, and enjoy Japanese style meals together. LIFE sampling also organizes special miso making events at farms, schools, community events, and company parties.
