Hometown Design Projects
In addition to events and workshops, we partnered up with other community organizers and managed community-oriented projects. Using our life sampling approach/hometown design philosophy, we provide opportunities for our participants to find secrets of wellbeing and have different perspectives on their lives and solutions to the problems they are facing.

Miso Making
Since spring 2018, we have been hosting annual miso making event for community members.
Community Forest School Morinobe
With Tokushima University, we managed the project to make a community forest school.
Japanese Community
Revitalization
At different rural communities in Japan, we provide community revitalization consulting.
iFARM Project
We created a collaborationl pop-up farm to table for saving the Japanese citrus farm.
SHIFT
in Portland
With SHIFT design, we have organized Portland tours to find the secrets of well-being.
Pop-up Commune
Musou
In the summer of 2018, we organized an off-grid pop-up village in Hokkaido, Japan.
