Lola from Umi Organic and I organized Temari shushi food demonstration at Redd, Eco Trust new event venue. We prepared 8 plates with rainbow-colored ingredients and asked the audiences to make their own sushi balls. Just like the spring-like outside, people created such fun and beautiful sushi balls, and it simply made me super honored to be a part of the opening event of this community oriented cool space!
ウミオーガニックのローラと、エコトラストの新しいイベントスペースのお披露目会の一環として、手まり寿司のフードデモンストレーションをしました。虹色の食材をお皿に盛り、８箇所に分かれてお客さんに自分の手まり寿司を作ってもらいました。まさに春の訪れを感じさせる外の陽気と同じくらい、美しい手まり寿司を作る姿を見れて嬉しかったと共に、このような素晴らしいコミュニティスペースのオープンイベントの仲間入りができたことを光栄に思います。
