A couple weeks ago, Emily from Portland local radio station KBOO came to my house to make miso with me. She recorded our conversation during the miso making and put it on her food show that aired yesterday. I was a bit nervous and and am not sure if I could explain what I was supposed to... but I listened to it and was so happy that I could share the best part of making miso with somebody... yes FUN!

———— 地元のラジオ局とみそづくり。 先日、ポートランドローカルラジオ局のKBOOラジオのエミリー がうちにやってきて、お味噌作りを一緒にしました。その時収録されたものが昨日オンエアー。ちょっぴり緊張してたこともあり、伝えたいことをうまく伝えられたかはさておき、味噌を誰かと作る最大の醍醐味、「味噌を作る楽しさ」は伝えられたのではないかと思います。やたらと笑っていたみたいです（笑）。 ラジオで味噌作りって、よく考えたら面白い企画ですが、日本人としてこのような機会を頂けたことに感謝です。
