Miso Making Workshop

Time: 6:30pm - 8:30pm

Location: SE Portland (Eastmoreland Area)

Fee: $60 including all ingredients + Japanese meal with miso dips.

(plus $7 for Organic Koji)

In Japanese cooking, MISO is such a magical ingredients, and people can use it even as a medicine, During this workshop, each participant will make 4 lbs of miso to keep (with organic, non-GMO soy beans and locally made Koji from Jorinji Miso). We provide a miso making lesson, miso soup demonstration, Japanese traditional meal with different miso dips and a miso recipe book. You can bring homemade miso home with your belly filled with yummy food. How cool is that?!
