Japanese breakfast club+okara miso opening day! We made unique miso 6 months ago with okara, the left over pulp after making tofu. Today, we opened it and enjoyed its sweet flavor. One of the best parts of making miso with your friends is that you can use miso as the excuse to get together again to open it. Also, we made miso soup with the okara miso and had such an amazing Japanese style breakfast with new crop rice from Japan, grilled salmon, and lots lots lots of different type of pickles of local fresh vegetables. It was the best way to start our day and I’m pretty sure our happiness comes from our belly! Ok, our official breakfast club has just started. What’s next!?
