PDX food swap

I joined pdxfoodswap last Sunday. My shio Koji and miso (soy and chickpea) were all traded with amazing local homemade foods like 2 types of freshly baked loafs, different types of jams, vanilla extract, nettle tincture, gnocchi, sweets, ginger liquor, kale chips... (see the third photos). This is not only an amazing community oriented event, but also an inspiring gathering to meet and socialize with people who value “homemade” lifestyles. I got so many ideas for canning and next swap too!!! #pdxfoodswap
